Payment Policy.

Accepted Methods

We accept standard payment methods at checkout:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• PayPal
• Shop Pay

Availability of some methods depends on your country and card issuer.

Currency

All prices on ultimatesociety.co are shown and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate at the time of the transaction. Ultimate Society does not set or control that rate.

When You’re Charged

Your card is authorized when you place the order and charged when the order is confirmed (usually instantly). For Blood Line pairs, your hand-numbered pair (001–108) is reserved and charged at the moment of purchase.

Security

We never see, store or have access to your full card number. Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors over encrypted connections.

• All checkout pages are served over HTTPS
• 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa, Mastercard ID Check) is enforced where required
• Fraud screening runs on every transaction

Declined Payments

If your payment is declined:

• Check that the billing address matches the one on file with your bank
• Confirm the card is not expired and has available balance
• Contact your issuer — international charges are sometimes blocked by default
• Try another payment method

If your card was charged but you received no confirmation, email support@ultimatesociety.co with your card type and the last 4 digits. Pending authorizations on declined orders usually release within 3–7 business days.

Taxes & Duties

Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. No additional charges on delivery.

The displayed price does not include import duties or local taxes. These are set by your country’s customs authority and are payable by the recipient. Where a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option is offered at checkout, you can prepay duties to avoid surprises.

Fraud & Chargebacks

We may cancel any order where we detect a high risk of fraud; in that case your payment is refunded in full and you are notified by email.

If you think a charge is unauthorized, contact us first — we resolve almost every dispute within 48 hours.
