Who You Contract With

The site and the products sold on it are operated by Ultimate Society, with its registered address at STE 12475, 1001 S Main St, Kalispell, MT 59901-1498, United States. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ultimate Society.

Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and able to enter into a binding contract. By ordering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy from us. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your offer — it is not yet acceptance. The contract is formed when we email you that your order has shipped.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that:

• Appear fraudulent or breach these Terms
• Come from customers with prior chargebacks
• Contain a pricing or stock error
• Use automated bots to acquire limited-release drops
• Ship to a country we do not serve

If we cancel your order, we refund any payment in full.

Prices & Payment

All prices are in USD and exclude international duties and taxes (see the Payment and Shipping policies). We make every effort to show accurate prices; in the event of an obvious pricing error we may cancel the order and refund you.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy; returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Limited Editions & The Roll Call

Ultimate Society releases in Chapters. Each Chapter is sold once and sealed forever — it is never re-released or restocked. The Blood Line is a closed run of 108 hand-numbered pairs per print, available only to members verified through a Founding Chapter (the “Roll Call”).

Personalized Blood Line pairs are embroidered to order with your gym’s name and are final — they cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged except for a manufacturing defect.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site — the Ultimate Society name, the US ritual seal, product designs and prints, photography, text, layout and code — is owned by or licensed to Ultimate Society. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use it commercially without written permission. You may share product images and links on personal social media for non-commercial purposes with credit.

User Conduct

When using the site you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose
• Bypass security, scrape data, or interfere with site operation
• Submit false information or impersonate another person
• Use bots or scripts to purchase limited drops
• Resell our products commercially without a prior written agreement

Accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to display colors, sizes and descriptions accurately. On-screen colors depend on your display, and minor variations may occur. Measurements are guidance and may vary slightly.

Warranties

The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Statutory consumer rights under the law of your country are not affected by these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control: natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government action, carrier strikes, customs delays, or internet and power outages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ultimate Society, its officers, employees and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Montana, United States. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence also applies to you.
